Our newest mammal addition to our family are our Vietnamese Miniature Pot Bellied Pigs. We have wanted these for a few years. While vacationing in Houston we visited a wonderful little exotic pet store and we just fell for these little girls. They spent the night in our hotel's bathtub and were perfect the entire time except when we decided to feed them their bottle before we checked out. The first lesson about pigs is that they HATE to be picked up and that a pigs persistent squeal is louder than a jet engine taking off. Lets just say that our neighbors had an interesting wake-up alarm. Pigs are highly intelligent but can have a difficult time to change. There was a lot of change going on in their life on this trip.
They have adjusted well to living with us and they think I am their mommy! The are 7 weeks of age in these pictures. How can you not love them!
